1. Price conditions

Our prices are to be intended per day / person and half-board with an afternoon cake buffet.

Our included services.

The indicated prices are from 01.01.2024 plus 3,50 € local visitor’s tax per person (over 14 years of age) and night and can only be paid on site.

Even if the booking confirmation mistakenly shows wrong prices, the current price list is at all times valid.

The room floor plans are schematic and not to scale. Spaces and furnishing may differ.

2. Children discounts

For children staying in the parents’ room, following prices apply:

• Kids from 1 to 5 years: -60%
• Kids from 6 to 14 years: -40%
• Kids from 14 years and over: -10%

3. Pets

Your pet (minimum 12 months) is welcome to spend its holiday with you at the Hotel Madonna. For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the dining room and in the wellness areas; so they stay in the room during breakfast and dinner. For the additional cleaning we take the liberty to charge 20,00 Euro per day. Please do not forget the appropriate food, basket and muzzle (for any public transport), these are not included in the price.

4. Booking

In order to make a room reservation at the Hotel Madonna and to plan your holiday in Castelrotto, please provide us with your address, your arrival and departure dates, as well as the category for the desired room. To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask you to make a deposit to our bank account. The bank details will be communicated on our reservation confirmation. We look forward to welcoming you and wish you a carefree holiday on the Alpe di Siusi at the Hotel Madonna!

5. Addional charges and terms of payment

You are welcome to pay your hotel bill on the evening prior to your departure in cash, with debit card, or via credit card: Visa, Maestro, MasterCard. (American Express and Diners are not accepted.)

6. Arrival and departure

Check-in:
On arrival day the room will ready for you starting from 2 p.m. Depending on other bookings, the rooms may be available earlier. We kindly ask you to send us a short message in case you plan to arrive in the morning.

In case of a delay after 6 p.m., we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Check-out:
On departure day, please leave your room not later than 10.30 a.m.

Late check-out
Only on request and with additional costs.

7. Cancellation

However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):

• You may cancel your reservation until 60 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee.
• Cancellation from 59 to 22 days: Room price for 3 days.
• Cancellation until 21 days before arrival: 70% of the full price.
  Excluded: 100% during peak seasons: Christmas, New Year's Eve until 06.01., Carnival Week, Month of August.
• In case of late arrival or early departure 100% of the total amount will be charged.
• A postponement of the reserved booking to another date will not be accepted.

8. Cancellation of massages

Any date changes or cancellations must be communicated 24 hours before the reservation. For short-term modifications or cancellations, 100% of the massage price will be charged.

9. Cancellation insurance

You never know…

We are looking forward to your visit. However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you close a “Cancellation Insurance”. This way, cancellation fees are covered and you can happily look forward to your vacation. 9. Data protection

For the purposes of the GDPR, we inform you that your data will be used and saved exclusively for processing your application and will not be disclosed or distributed to third parties. 10. Please note

We specifically refer to the legal provisions Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code 206/2005.

To be listed in the Hotels section, the accommodation must offer all of these features:
- A 24 hour front desk, 7 days a week.
- Daily housekeeping included in the room rate.
- Private bathroom for each room.
- If there is a minimum-stay requirement, it must be no more than 3 nights.
